Thank you for your order. Please fill in the below and accept the terms and conditions to be able to continue with the project.

  1. Website Design services are limited to what is stated in the quotation. Should additional services be required, this will need to be discussed with Foxx Design to assess whether the services can be furnished or not. Do not assume your website will have additional functionality not quoted for.
  2. Website Design services do not include the following: a. Email and hosting support. This is done by the client’s current hosting company. We recommend Gotweb (Preferred Partner Company) for your website, as we are in full communication to ensure great services. b. Foxx design will keep the BASICS of the website up to date (core security and core software functions), but major updates and continuous maintenance will be charged an additional amount. In the event that the client is not hosting with Gotweb, the client will be responsible for any required updates, or Foxx Design will assist with updates on an hourly rate. c. In the event that the website is hosted through an external hosting company, the website design files along with the database will be supplied to the client, it is then the client’s responsibility to have a hosting company that will install the files in the correct manner. Foxx Design is in no circumstance responsible to install software on other servers. d. If the final website is not hosted through our recommended Partner Company, Foxx Design will not be liable for any further updates and licensing on the software to develop the website.
  3. Client is 100% responsible to supply content. Foxx Design does not assist with copywriting
  4. Lead Times are not negotiable on websites. Our lead times factor on first-in, first-out basis, and ensuring the highest quality possible.
  5. Lead Time options are given on Website Projects. The client needs to ensure the correct lead time is chosen. FIRST draft is sent on the deadline chosen, so the client needs to factor in changes if required. It is the client's responsibility to communicate SET DEADLINES. Deadlines cannot be altered once the project starts and may be subject to additional fees if a new deadline is set
  6. Lead Times are subject to the following conditions: a) Proof of Payment (Bank statements can take up to 5 working days to process; it is the client’s responsibility to send through proof of payment). b) ALL information is sent through before the project starts. Information that is sent in phases will result in the resetting of the Lead-Times. Lead Times start AFTER conditions are met
  7. Verbal communication is not encouraged. All communications are preferred per email.
  8. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 – 16:00. Fridays per appointment only. Weekends and Public holidays we are closed.
  9. Foxx Design takes all possible measures to ensure Lead Times are met, but Foxx Design does not take responsibility on matters outside our control, eg Power Outages, Illness etc.
  10. Once the order has started, no cancellations will be accepted due to the nature of the business. All projects are custom to the client's requirements and is factored on time which cannot be refunded. In the event of an error that is the client’s mistake, the client will be 100% responsible for all cost that results due to the error. In the event that Foxx Design has made an error, Foxx Design will take 100% responsibility in ensuring the final, correct product. Refunds will not be given and all is subject to communication and agreements between both parties.
  11. As with all technology, your website will need to be rebuilt every few years on updated software. If your hosting is through our partner company, core software updates are done often (to the extent to which the developers provide the software). Neither Foxx Design or our Partner Hosting company takes any responsibility once the website is not further upgradable. If hosting is done elsewhere, it is the clients responsibility for upkeep and licence renewals.
  12. All design work includes 2 Sets of Changes. Please ensire changes are clear and sent in 1 email (each email sent will be seen as a new set of changes)

  14. Acceptance of this agreement is noted by one or all of the following a) Proof of Payment b) Accepted Agreements. Continuing business with Foxx Design signifies you have read, understood, and acknowledge our terms and is therefore bound by them.
