1. Printing services do not include Pantone Printing. All orders are printed CMYK only (unless specified on the quotation or proof). Colour variations are therefore unavoidable if client does not opt for Pantone Printing and is subject to quotation and possibility.
2. Lead Times are not negotiable. Our lead times factor in first-in, first-out basis, and ensuring the highest quality possible.
3. Verbal acceptance is not accepted. All Communications are per email only.
4. Once the proof has been approved, changes cannot be made. The acceptance is FINAL and this version is the version that will be produced. The client is 100% responsible for the information supplied and the approved artwork.
5. Working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 9:00 – 16:00. Fridays per appointment only. Weekends and Public holidays we are closed.
6. Foxx Design takes all possible measures to ensure Lead Times are met, but Foxx Design does not take responsibility on matters outside our control, eg Power Outages, Illness etc.
7. Once the order is in production, no cancellations will be accepted due to the nature of the business. All products are custom made to the clients requirements and cannot be resold to make up costs. In the event of an error that is the client’s mistake, the client will be 100% responsible for all cost that results due to the error. In the event that Foxx Design has made an error, Foxx Design will take 100% responsibility in ensuring the final, correct product. Refunds will not be given.

9. We do not take any responsibility for print files sent by the client, regardless of the programs used and if done professionally or not. Free software like Canva is strongly discouraged as they are not reliable for commercial use. The artwork appears correct on the screen but the final version may not match what you see on the screen
10. Your acceptance of this Agreement signifies that you have read, understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with Foxx Designs Universal Terms of Service Agreement. This agreement is between the client and Foxx Design regarding the client’s use of Foxx Design’s Services. This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which Foxx Design makes the services offered possible. Acceptance of this agreement is noticed through payment and approved agreements.
